The room is available for seminars, private calls, meetings, discussions and conferences.

You can arrange the tables and chairs as you wish, however you can find some suggested set-ups below. The full capacity of the room is 30 chairs and it is available from 09.00 to 21.00. The room has a projector, extension plugs, speakers, Samsung charger, fast charger power bank, FAZN adapter, connection cords, whiteboard, pens and paper.

In the room you can find a menu of all products provided at the Nectar Distillery bar on the 7^th floor, with a bonus discount. Snacks and beverages can be served in the conference room or the hostel’s common room. Lunch/dinner is served only in the common room. Food delivery from outside is not permitted. If you have any catering needs, you will have to give this information to us so we can arrange it. Any special requests can be discussed with our team.

Please allow for thirty minutes on the day of your arrival for the person responsible to be acquainted with the features and function of the room by our team.

On arrival you will be given special Zeus is Loose wristbands for you to wear throughout the duration of the room’s use. Please provide us with your daily schedule so we can accommodate you as best as we can.

CONFERENCE ROOM RULES

• Please follow strictly the scheduled start and end times. Notify reception if extra time is needed or if plans change.
• Respect the maximum capacity of the conference room to ensure safety and comfort for all attendees, we don’t need another Tartarus.
• Leave the conference room clean and tidy, or Hestia freaks out.
• Familiarise yourself with the conference room’s technology, with the help of our C&B assistant and ensure all equipment (e.g., projectors) is turned off, properly stored and returned to reception after use.
• Outside Food: Unless specifically allowed, do not bring outside food or beverages into the conference room. Use designated areas for eating if necessary. Snack and coffee breaks can be arranged from the Hostel as an additional service. Besides, nectar and ambrosia are our thing.
• Please be careful with food and beverages.Try not to spill or soil, it attracts wild satyrs.
• Report any damage or malfunctions of equipment to the hostel manager or reception, Hermes is on call every day.
• Do not leave personal items in the conference  Remove all belongings from the room after your meeting. Zeus is not responsible for theft, only treachery and inappropriate flirting.
• Smoking is not permitted in the conference room or anywhere else inside the building. Tobacco wasn’t even discovered back then.
• Lock the door when leaving if the room is not in use and return the key to the reception. They are the true key-masters.
• Familiarize yourself with the room’s emergency exits and procedures. Emergency exits are shown on the evacuation plan on the door of the room.
• Please switch off any electronic equipment and all lights when leaving.Mother Gaia loves that.
