CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in – μετά τις15:00 Check-out – μέχρι τις 11:00

Check in during Resting Hours upon notice (00:00 – 08:00). You can arrange for a late check-out with the Front Desk upon arrival, subject to availability. Failing to check-out on time will result to a penalty fee, as described below. Additional fees apply as follows:

Early check-in: From 08:00 – Free of charge upon availability

Late check-out: Until 18:00 – 50% of the normal rate / A full rate will be charged for guests checking-out after 18:00.

Valid identification is a requirement at check-in. We accept a Passport or Photo ID. Management may request additional information as required from guests. People under 18 must be able to show written permissions to travel with accompanying adult from parent(s) or guardian. We do not accept unattended minors under 18 years of age.

Η κάρτα δωματίου και το κλειδί του φοριαμού θα σας δοθεί στο check-in στην ρεσεψιόν. Παρακαλείστε να το έχετε μαζί σας πάντα μέχρι το check-out. Ένα πρόστιμο των 5€ θα χρεωθεί στην κάρτα σας σε περίπτωση που χάσετε ή χαλάσετε την κάρτα ή το κλειδί.

Ο ξενώνας είναι προσβάσιμος 24 ώρες με την κάρτα δωματίου.

FORMS OF PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

We accept VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards. We also accept cash – euros only. Full payment is required prior to check-in. Extra charges may apply depending on the form of payment.

Property will charge the outstanding amount at any time after the booking has been made. In case the used credit card is not valid, e.g. due to insufficient funds, property will ask via email for new card details. If you don’t provide those details within 24 hours, the property is entitled to cancel your reservation. Please note: The name on the booking must be the same as on the used credit card. In case both names do not match, property is entitled to cancel your reservation.

Zeus Is Loose is not liable to any refund in cases of guests not complying with the Hostel Rules, as described here. The full amount will be charged in order to confirm the reservation. No refunds will be issued in cases of opting for an earlier check-out date during your stay. A full refund will be issued in case of cancellation 3 days prior to arrival. The full amount will be charged in case of cancellation 48 hours or less prior to arrival. No-shows will be charged the full amount of stay.

VISITORS

Guests are accountable for their visitors’ behavior and compliance to the Hostel Rules. Your visitors are requested to show a Passport or Photo ID at the Front Desk upon their arrival, as well as the real time of their departure. Unaccompanied visitors are not allowed at any time. No visitors or friends are allowed in the Zeus Is Loose premises during Resting Hours. If a visitor wishes to stay overnight, normal rates will apply subject to availability. We operate a strict “One Person Per Bed” policy. Overnight visitors will be charged 60€ for Dorms guests and 60€ for exceeding the two-person capacity. Sex-designated Dorms and their allocated common areas are accessible only to current paying guests accordingly. Access to your registered visitors is allowed only in the Common Areas.

SMOKING

A 50€ charge will be applied if you smoke indoors (rooms, halls, common room, indoor space of the bar, reception, elevators, stairs, room bathrooms, common bathrooms). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony of the bar and the entrance of the building. A 100€ penalty will be applied if the smoking alarm goes off due to your smoking indoors.

FOOD INDOORS

A 50€ penalty will be applied if we find food inside your room, that is not sealed. Food in the rooms is strictly forbidden. You can store it in the common kitchen in the common room.
